Deine Hauptaufgaben:
- Spieltechnische und organisatorische Leitung des Betriebes
- Präsenz und die operative Führung während der gesamten Öffnungszeit
Organisation/Leitung
- Die Verantwortung für die Sicherstellung des effizienten und effektiven Mitarbeitereinsatzes im Betrieb
- Verantwortung für die Umsetzung der QM-Prozesse und der Arbeitsanweisungen
- Verantwortung für die Massnahmen zur Einhaltung aller Compliance-relevanten Prozesse, insbesondere von Sozialkonzept und Geldwäschereigesetz
- Verantwortung für die kontinuierliche Optimierung der Arbeitsabläufe und die Mitarbeit beim Prozessdesign
- Professionelle Gästebetreuung
- Organisation und Kontrolle des Dokumentenhandlings
- Administrative Tätigkeiten, wie z. B. die Bearbeitung des Reklamationswesens, das Protokollieren von Sitzungen, das Dokumentieren von Mitarbeitergesprächen etc.
- Mitwirkung bei der Planung und Durchführung von Events und Spielturnieren
- Die Verantwortung für die Erteilung und Einhaltung von Hausverboten und Spielsperren
- Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung des Sicherheits-Managements
Mitarbeiterführung
- Umsetzung des Absenzen-Managements und Zeiterfassung der Mitarbeitenden
- Mitverantwortung für die gezielte Weiterentwicklung der unterstellten Mitarbeitenden (fachliche Ausbildung, Schulung sowie Coaching)
Was wir von Dir erwarten:
Berufserfahrung
- Fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Game und als Führungskraft
- Vertiefte Fachkenntnisse in den Bereichen: Tischspiel, Automatenspiel, Kassenorganisation
- Erfahrungen im Prozess- und Qualitätsmanagement
- Gute IT-Kenntnisse
- Ausgezeichnete MS Office-Kenntnisse
- Kenntnisse aller Applikationen im Game-Bereich
Sprachkenntnisse
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens Level B2)
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit

Your main responsibilities:
Organization/Leadership
- Presence and operational management during the opening hours
- Responsibility for ensuring the efficient and effective deployment of staff in the operation
- Responsibility for the implementation of QM processes and work instructions
- Responsibility for measures to ensure compliance with all compliance-relevant processes, in particular the responsible gaming and anti money laundering
- Responsibility for the continuous optimization of work processes and collaboration in process design
- Professional guest relations
- Organization and control of document handling
- Administrative activities, such as processing complaints, taking minutes of meetings, documenting staff meetings, etc.
- Participation in the planning and execution of events and game tournaments
- Responsibility for issuing and adhering to house bans and gambling suspensions
- Supporting the implementation of security management
Employee management:
- Implementation of absence management and time recording of employees
- Co-responsibility for the targeted further development of subordinate employees (technical education, training and coaching)
What we expect from you:
Professional experience:
- Five years of professional experience in the field of Game and as a leader
- In-depth expertise in the areas of: Table gaming, machine gaming, cash register organization
- Experience in process- and quality management
- Good IT skills
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Knowledge of all applications in the gaming sector
Language skills:
- Good written and spoken German and English (at least level B2)
- Strong communication skills
Person-related skills:
- Good interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor
- Strong sense of service-mindedness
- Fair, loyal, honest and discreet
